Kia Ora Bloggers!
Yay! It's so close to the school holidays and Christmas! Only 15 days to go! At school, Sharon came to visit to talk about the SLJ ( Summer Learning Journey ) That starts every year. How it works is you sign up and you do tasks every day for 6 weeks. You don't necessarily have to do one EVERY DAY, but it will get you more points. You get points from doing the tasks and posting them on your blog. And whoever has the most points by the end of the holidays, you get a prize! It's completely free to sign up and you will always have something to do in the holidays!
Blog you later!
Q: Havr you ever done the SLJ?

But my group did the book "There's A Boy In The Girls Bathroom." It's about a boy named bradly and he is a bit of a troublemaker. He meets a boy named Jeff and they kinda become friends. Kia Ora Bloggers! I hope everyone had fun on Halloween and got lots of lollies! We have been working on our Kiwi Innovators slide, The first option was Easiyo. Easiyo is a machine that makes yogurt overnight! But for our task, we had to create our own brand of yogurt, and come up with our own flavours. My brand is called YOGO, and you can look at my slide to see the crazy flavours I have! It's far from finished, I will be updating the slide with all the new create activities I do! Blog you later!

Kia Ora Everyone! It's almost Halloween, AKA my favourite holiday. I hope you all have a wonderful time with your friends or just your family in your amazing costumes! This week was cultural diversity week, and it was everyone's chance to share their heritage! Some people were even brave enough to get up on stage and share there slides they had made! But for everyone else that wasn't doing that, we had to do research on all the different cultures that make up our school. I have made a slide for 6 different countries so make sure to check them out! Blog you later! Q: What are you dressing up for Halloween? Are you born in a different country?

We had to get four apple slices, put them in four air tight containers with differant liquids like salt water, lemon juice, vinager and one with nothing in it. If you want to see the progress or the results check out the slide! Blog you later! Questions: Have you ever accidentally ate mouldy food? What do you know about mould? Have you learnt this before?

Eww! Is that mould!
Kia Ora bloggers! I hope your lockdown is going well! In literacy, we have been focusing on food. For this task, we had to learn about Fungi, Enzymes, and bacteria! I know it sounds gross but it's so interesting to learn about, how bacteria is formed or how enzymes are formed! For this presentation, I used google slides to make it and got the photos from google. I really enjoyed learning about this and think it's a great thing to know! I hope you learnt something from this slide and enjoyed reading it!
